Wow, it’s so hard having such a dedicated fan base all over the world in so many different time zones.

What I’m crushing

Honestly?

I didn’t feel like I crushed anything this week!

I journaled. Once.

That’s good, right?

Oh, I also made brownies. Or rather, I had the idea to make brownies and then someone else made them and I ate the brownies. I crushed those brownies. With my mouth.

What’s crushing me

I was crushed by a wave of sadness this week.

When most people get sad, they likely chalk it up to a low day or two.

When I get sad, I think I’m being dragged down into the trenches of my Depression once again.

That didn’t happen, though. Thankfully.

I had a few sad days, a few exceptionally anxious days, and now I’m feeling calmer and more in control.

It doesn’t last forever.

Or at least that’s what I have to tell myself.
